What Is TranquilityNET?
With TranquilityNET and the Tranquility family of services, we plan on offering an advanced
system that includes everything needed to manage a hotel or lodging operation. To achieve

TranquilityNET is a PMS(Property Management System) powered by blockchain technology built specifically for independently owned hotel and lodging operations. TranquilityNET integrates hundreds of capabilities onto one system to support day-to-day operations such as guest bookings, online reservations, sales, housekeeping management and payroll. Unlike other PMSsolutions, TranquilityNET continuously imports data from a wide variety of third-party services so you can handle all guest requests in one application.
TranquilitySERVE is a cloud-based blockchain platform and the backbone of every instance of TranquilityNET. TranquilitySERVEis needed to complete a reservation or any basic operation in TranquilityNET. Built with IBM Hyperledger Fabric framework, all information gathered in TranquilityNET is sent straight to TranquilitySERVEfor storage and future retrieval. TranquilitySERVEalso acts as the main Central Reservation System (CRS) for all hotels that use TranquilityNET as their main PMSapplication.
The Tranquility Booking Engine captures and processes online reservations and transfers them to TranquilityNET. The engine can be applied to your property's website or Facebook page which allows guests to make reservations without having to visit a third-party such as Expedia. Every license of TranquilityNET comes with the engine and ultimately gives property owners more control over the reservation experience.
The Tranquility App Toolkit enables property owners to design and customize a mobile application that guests can interact with in a number of ways. Properties that have a dedicated mobile app stand out from the competition and shows that things are taken seriously. By including the Tranquility App Toolkit in every TranquilityNET license, hoteliers can build a beautiful app that includes the Tranquility booking engine in under an hour without any prior coding knowledge.
The Tranquility Website Builder enables hoteliers to design and customize a fully fleshed out website for their property with a number of different services such as Wordpress & Joomla. Every website created is automatically integrated with the Tranquility Booking Engine so guests can easily book or edit their reservations. By having hundreds of customizable themes, guests will always sense a smart choice of design when they visit your property's website.
The Tranquility Loyalty Toolkit enables property owners to create a fully functional loyalty program for their hotel. By including a loyalty program, guests can earn points over time which can be redeemed for discounts, extra amenities, free upgrades or even free stays. Having a loyalty program for your property is a key factor in retaining guests and making sure they return multiple times a year.
Our Story
Since 2004, our team has worked with dozens of different PMSapplications for many different hotels. While every PMSis efficient in their own way, we weren't fans of how some of these applications always seemed to lack something in some way when compared to one other. In 2014, members of our team began to work on REPOSE which was a PMSapplication that combined the greatest features from everything we had ever worked with. Over time, our team expanded and moved development over to the cloud. In 2018, we changed the name of REPOSEto TranquilityNET while developing the Tranquility line of hotel management services.
